On January 23rd, 2025, the Emotional Respectful Men Final Event captivated participants in Rome. The evening featured a powerful performance by Barbara Lalle and Loredana Margheriti, encouraging the audience to confront their deepest pains. Skill Up recently concluded the Italian pilot testing of the ERM materials, yielding inspiring results! Led by trainers Maria Chiara Di Francesco and Asia Silvestri, participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive, emphasizing the importance of discussing emotions’ impact on behavior.
