Emotional Respectful Men Pathway

A pathway to understanding the impact of emotions and gender stereotypes, challenging societal norms to foster healthier relationships.

Objectives :
– To collect final feedback from ADU trainers and be able to make modifications and additions to the modules so that they respond as accurately as possible to the needs identified during the project phase.
– To educate ADU teachers to recognize and regulate their own emotions and the emotions of their students, strengthening their role as guides, motivators and agents of cultural change.
– To provide ADU teachers with tools to be able to address the issues of emotional literacy, violence against women and gender stereotypes with their students, encouraging the trainers themselves to rethink their relationship with what they canonically consider masculinity and femininity:

2.1 Preparation of materials: each partner will train the others on the modules produced during Activity 1
2.2 Learning Teaching Training Activity: it will be hosted in Spain by Poderio
– Transversal Activities: dissemination activities, quality monitoring

4.1 Pilot testing with final target: each partner will bring the ERM path to 15 young adults.
– 5 participants, a majority of men, preferably from peripheral and rural geographical and socio-economic backgrounds; evaluation questionnaires; 3 reports.
4.2 Dissemination activities
4.3 Multiplier Events : each partner will organize a Multiplier Event.
